We are very proud to open our facility to the public for Lessons and Training.
LESSONS:
We offer lessons to kids of all ages from ages 5-95. Our onsite professional instructor teaches Western and Beginner English for riders that are Beginners to those who are Advanced Riding.
Our Trainer uses their knowledge, expertise and experience to introduce beginners to the industry with age appropriate techniques and works with intermediate and advanced riders to enhance their riding skills.
Our lessons focus on:
- Safety
- Riding
- Grooming
- Bridling, bits and tack knowledge
- Health Care
- Arena and trail riding
We offer:
- Beginner ½ hour lessons
- Group 1 hour lessons
- Lessons with trail rides
- Gymkhanas for lesson customers
- Focus lessons (barrel racing, pole bending and other rodeo events)
Rates : $20 for ½ hour beginner lesson* and $30 for group 1 hour lesson*.
*participants must be there for lesson 15 minutes before appointment time and prepare to stay ½ hour after lesson time. Most lessons run 30minutes longer than the expected time.
Payment is expected at time of lesson. WE DO NOT REQUIRE pre-payment (use or lose it options). We require 24hour cancellation notice and prepayment will be expected for those who cancel/no-show more than 3 times in a 2 month time frame.
Days : currently we have lessons all day Saturday and some weekdays/evening…..all lessons are by appointment only.
Require : all lesson participants to wear protective helmets under the age of 14 (helmets available at barn). Signed waiver, long pants and appropriate foot wear. No children under the age of 14 can be left unattended at barn. Family is welcome to watch lesson but all children must be under direct supervision and no pets are allowed on premises.
